Shoppers Stop is one of India’s earliest and largest premier department store having over 100 retail outlets in prominent cities across India. Shoppers Stop launched its e-store with delivery across major cities in India in 2008. Continuous identification and onboarding of new suppliers and effective management of the existing suppliers are key to success in the departmental store business. Manual processes for supplier onboarding and management are highly time consuming and impede the growth of the business.
Shoppers Stop selected MOND Platform for automating their Vendor Registration Process as a first step in their program to increase the overall effectiveness of the Supply Chain.
Our team implemented a Vendor Registration Process using responsive User Interfaces for suppliers to submit the data and for the Shoppers Stop managers to review and provide approval. The solution uses AI to determine the assignment of tasks for the review officers. The solution uses bots for creating the supplier agreements which involves determining the right terms and conditions applicable to the supplier depending on the nature of business model between the supplier and Shoppers Stop.
